Positive Pathways provides a range of face to face and telephone counselling services for individuals and couples facing problems such as relationship difficulties, betrayal or affairs, separation and divorce. Counselling can help with anxiety, anger management, inability to deal with stress, problems at work or major life changes.
A flexible programme is available for employers who would like to offer short term counselling for staff to reduce absence owing to stress.

Positive Pathways was established by Heather Potter in 2010 to meet the growing need in Suffolk for psychological therapies that are recognised as an effective way of improving the health and well being of individuals, forming a key part of preventative health services.
Heather is a qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is bound by UKCP and BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her qualifications and training include: B.Sc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling (Middlesex University), Certificate in Person Centred Counselling Skills (University of East Anglia), Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Anger Management training and FACE Youth Anger Management training. As well as being a specialist in anger management for adults and adolescents she is also an experienced couple's counsellor,
