Telephone Counselling

Counselling by telephone can be a very effective and convenient way for people to obtain the help they need.  Telephone counselling provides the opportunity to explore your issues and concerns and regain a sense of balance and direction. The skills and experience of a professional therapist can make a difference to helping you take control of your life.

  • Support from fully qualified counsellors, members of BACP and working to their ethical codes and standards.
  • Flexibility in appointment times - from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Confidentiality is an integral part of our telephone counselling service.  All telephone counselling calls remain strictly confidential and your telephone number will never be shared with anyone. 

Please note that this telephone counselling service is available for individuals over the age of 18.

First steps in telephone counselling:

  • Make contact by phone on 07533 868110 or email
  • A  suitable time for your first counselling session will be arranged.
  • Fees are payable in advance by BACS - £50.00 per session (50 minutes)
  • Positive Pathways will make the call to you – it is important that you have a private and comfortable place to use and that you won’t be interrupted for the duration of the counselling session.
